I just read all the numbers. Ball lightning is getting a 249% damage buff to the main ball and Crashing Hail is getting a 51% damage buff. Freezing Tempest's damage was probably too high considering it's an always on passive effect essentially but that is a huge, absurd buff to Ball Lightning.

Storm didn't get nerfed at all. She got buffed. Any buff to ball lightning is a huge buff to storm. Lightning Column should only ever be used to regain spirit, bad storm players spam it, good storm players spam Ball Lightning. Ball Lightning is the best damage dealing ability in the game.

That compendium has a makeshift dps spreadsheet but it's nothing like rawr. You have to manually enter everything and there are things in the game in can't account for like +DoT damage
