Define a lot? There are carry weight increase rings for sure, but I don't know if the numbers stack of up the Havel ring or not.

Yea I use it right now on my barb with frenzy/sidearm and a no spender build, but that's really only because he has no fire gear to speak of. It works, but it just isn't enough DPS to really do anything above T2 or so.
