Yes, they have veteran runs. The gear from them is pretty decent. I would highly suggest skipping them while leveling and just doing them at the end. While the challenges are different, there isn't a ton of stuff that's so different that you can't get "the experience".

It doesn't get much more difficult. It's pretty much the easiest job on all the primals except possibly Garuda. Turn 4 is a decent challenge for the off tank if your group is retarded but if your group knows how to stand in the middle of the room then it's not that tough either.

Not at all. It's basically satire about the whole political realm and people on both sides of the coin are all basically assholes. It doesn't push any agenda's as far as I have seen.
