The 6 month Progress video made me feel like it was a true successor to the early MMO genre. It looked like they had taken EQ, DAoC, etc. and gave it a facelift while maintaining the feel of the camera and perspective of the game.

I'll admit, I was a listener two times post-Pantheon implosion of course but I loved the high school best friend advice they would give Brad during and especially at the end of the show. The first time I listened I was hoping for some big knock down drag out and then the second was unbearable...

I finally noticed that my Planetside post ended up in the Pantheon forum so anyway... sorry about that... but back to some of my questions. Do I need to be looking at spending Certs pretty quickly as I accumulate them for weapons/armor or should I be saving them up from something later...

Some friends and I played last night. Was good times. We died a lot and had it handed to us in Indar (sp?) but we still had a great time. Much more enjoyable than I anticipated not to mention extremely easy to get around and into the action.

As harsh and critical as we may be with Brad, this is ridiculous and is no way to make a point. Whoever is doing this just needs to move along and find something else to do. Brad brings a lot on himself, sure... but none of this is necessary or does it accomplish anything.

I would be down for that but I would rather have EQ1 classic more. I missed the boat on Project1999.
