Are term limits really going to help? Seems like politicians would have a hard time being around long enough to build up a base independant from the party so most of their re-election funding would come from those purely partisan groups.
Would it even matter? Its still a statement of opinion. If I were on trial, news agencies would have to call me an alleged pedophile but that standard wouldn't carry over to random celeb A on twitter who reasonable people don't view as a news source.
You calling me a pedophile isn't a statement of fact. You haven't even tried to show its true in any fashion. You haven't even presented it as fact, why would random joe juror consider it one?
I also provided a link to why opinion would be a defense, examples of it being used and an expert who I assume we all respected given his stance on Kyle's case until now. Your turn. I'm very curious in your thinking. Why would a celebrity posting on twitter be considered a statement of fact...
The problem is you'd have to prove they are acting in an official capacity, reporting news rather than opinion, on twitter as opposed to their broadcast where it should be more obvious.
And the networks would be a good target to go after. Some random guy on twitter tweeting the day after however would just be throwing money at lawyers.
Well they did call the verdict today which is more than we can say about you. You should probably pay some attention to what they are saying about their field of expertise.
Stupid enough that even the defamation lawyer on Rakieta says it will be next to impossible. I get it, you want this to go as well as the verdict today. Odds aren't in the kids favor.
Should probably include something relevant to what were talking about then, like:
https://www.alllaw.com/articles/nolo/civil-litigation/defenses-defamation-lawsuit.html
or examples of cases like when fact checkers were considered opinion pieces in the case of Candace Owens...
It being published doesn't eliminate the opinion defense. Opinion is the go to defense for all these claims for broadcasters and it will be one of the primary defenses to a defamation claim in this case.
The only thing it being published changes is whether its a slander or a libel case and it...
Another league, another set of challenges.
I tried to do Transform Items II first, spent a week grinding and just couldn't hit anything so I gave up and did the conditional deadly encounters.
No, they've called him a lot more than that including white supremacist. This also includes gofundme and facebook banning money raising efforts for the kid.
So Kyle will likely get off on the murder charges, the gun charges, etc but whats the state of the reckless endangerment charges in the shooting of McGinnis? If the use of force is found to be justified in the Roseenbaum shooting, do they disappear as well?
I've been doing them slowly while progressing relic quests in Bozja for the 71-80 part. 50-70 has mostly been the daily roulettes and the relic parts which arnt in bozja with the occasional dungeon spam.
I'm getting pretty close to 80 in all jobs now and Monk is definitely the dps I've enjoyed the least. You do twice the work as the other jobs getting all your positionals in just to do the same dps. Theres no reward for the extra tedium.
Is there really a point to this? All the content will be locked behind a new story line anyway that you'll have to run through so at best this will be as a 2nd class which you level and at that point, whats the rush?
Funnily enough the feedback I've seen from the Chinese players, and the western players who played over there for the two races, is that they barely pay attention to it because it doesn't tell you anything.
