PvP is a low dev-time, open ended way to deliver content. One which enough people seem to participate in that every game includes it. thats an awfully big generalization. The reality is if you arnt playing with a group, then youll encounter people griefing solo players more often. That however doesnt make them the majority of the population on the server.
