Here in Australia we have match review panel that looks at games and issues penalties for simulation. Much easier to setup in a smaller country / competition though

Seems like subs should be incorporate to account for any injury, health or just unforeseen circumstances, but would you also allow tactical substitutions? Swapping players in and out of different matches during the tournament because they might match up better?

Do not buy this game. It will suck hours, days, weeks out of your life, with nothing to show for it but huge stretches of the world laying subjugated under your iron fist!

Love the tropico series, but like everyone has mentioned, they are all pretty much the same. I think I preferred 4 the most, had a slightly smoother UI setup than 5 and fixed the bugs of 3. A lot of the DLCs are cosmetic, giving new buildings that you rarely use.
