Pulse is a must for snipers as well. Two people can keep it up nearly 100%. Definitely can if you run smart cover with the cooldown reducer built in.

Smart cover/pulse are amazing for PVE. Sticky blind bomb can be great too. Smart cover also stacks... hint hint.
