Going for cast on crit flicker Scion w/ shock nova, then static strike (more chances to shock and dope for keeping fortify up) and inpulsa. Let's see how I do with another homebrew. Fotm builds are way too faceroll for me and rob me of theorycrafting and sense of accomplishment.
