The only reason any "pay to win" holds any water right now is because of the way corruption gear works. Normal BoE's weren't such ridiculous boosts in power to actual BiS (at least until whatever corruption effect gets/got nerfed) prior to this patch. They were helpful, obviously, but nothing...
Well if they could have easily sold all that gold for real life $30k? Then again, if they could use it to get a world first and get a bunch of sponsorships and Twitch subs/donations/whatever else that would equal to more than $30k...I'm going to go with less.
I agree it's mostly his contract. If Cousins was on a basic $25M a year with about 50% of it guaranteed contract nobody would blink. The fact he's on a 3 year, $84M deal that is 100% guaranteed, and he'll probably sign something similar but for $30M+ a year average after this next season...
Nah, Samsonov can't mask it. Not to that degree when they're giving up that much like they had been the last couple games.
Although Holtby was pretty great tonight. Grubauer was actually pretty good himself but we did enough to come back.
It would be hilarious if it just suddenly fixed his issues. Funny stat I read, he literally threw as many interceptions last year and Kaepernick has in his entire career.
Well the Caps had won 6 in a row at home in the playoffs before Game 7 last year. I'll always take home ice if they can get it, but I agree in the end, it really doesn't matter.
They need to get their shit together. Pens just made a good trade, too. I'm not too worried about seeding for playoffs, I'd rather they are playing better going in. This road trip might tell a lot.
I just think Holtby has dealt with the sloppy play far more than Samsonov for a lot of the season. Not that he has himself played well or anything close to it, either. But everyone thinking just starting Samsonov was a cure for all ills should know by now that when the defense wants to play...
Fwiw, not sure why you'd leave an upgrade ilevel wise in your bag just because of corruption. Can cleanse the corruption off items for basically nothing.
Not sure a good host would help all that much. It's still a long show but it at least felt like they weren't dragging it out with how they seemed to be banging out the awards compared to previous years I had watched. I guess a really good host would be funny/entertaining enough to kill some...
Trolling you a little bit regarding Parasite, most people thought it was quite good.
Comparing it to Black Panther's wins is a bit ridiculous, given the actual categories each won. Smarten up, fucker.
Gotcha, I hadn't seen anyone but @Adebisi actually try and watch most of the Best Picture candidates and rank them, and he had Parasite pretty high on his list. So you think his ranking was shit, got it.
Well in general, it would have to be a movie to win Best Picture. Was it good enough to be say one of the top couple movies (in a year where maybe there was no clear "best", so that it was good enough to be considered in a group that if any of those won, it wouldn't be out of left field)
fucking scary people didn't realize that.
Like guys, whatever expanded story/interactions we have with Biggs/Wedge/Jessie they're going to bite it. No, I don't need spoiler tags for that.
Stood on his head for it to even be 1-1 after the 1st. Maybe he could stop another goal or two but D looks like garbage in front of him. Samsonov is giving up at least 6 if they play same way in front of him (though I'm willing to listen to the idea that they play better in front of him).
Shouldn't be too hard to figure out how many installments they'll make, probably only a few logical end points for episodes. Obviously leaving Midgar is one, right after the death scene is another.
The quoted "roles" on that caption are kind of amusing. The new captain doesn't seem all that young, maybe just in comparison to Picard. Also the former first officer doesn't seem hip in any way, more the grumpy old pragmatic friend.
I thought they said it would be something like the aldors/scryers shit was in TBC...requiring a quest or something to be done in order to switch? I'd assume they'd make it slightly easier than that was back at the time. At least I'd hope so.
There's always going to be a "best". Look at Azerite traits, you literally end up wanting the same pieces throughout the entire expansion for some/most classes (unless they made major nerfs/changes to OP abilities)...just higher ilevel.
yeah the idea of needing to maintain alts for splits is just crazytown. That example of someone having 4 shadow priests for potential covenant shit is just ridic.
