I completely agree that almost everything for the Eagles will depend on Wentz.

While I could see this for the Flyers (definitely on the upswing) and the Sixers (I mean really, eventually that many draft picks have to make your team better)...not sold on the Eagles, and Phillies already had a period of dominance reaching back to back World Series and winning one ~8 years ago.
