i'm in book 11 right now too. i tone out when it's a stat dump. i assume the book just has an old D&D style stats page that you would quickly skip over. it's a much more chill series than DCC and I can enjoy w/o having to pay super attention to.

i think you'd be surprised. there's a few vocal traders, who have the knowledge to do that many transactions and share that knowledge, an important overlap. while the rest of us rarely sell anything, most our stuff is probably in a 401k.

I never played sub zero, but I played the first one a ton. It was a fun game to solo and zone out. I don't know the story behind dei fucking up sub zero, but how can this be bad? Just give me a new zone and shuffle the recipes with some jump scares and creepy sea monsters

i'm about to start book 9, hawkie is still hawkie. not always 'in the group'. not his last 'creation', so you get additional 'young' personalities. hearing hawkies perspective rubs me a bit, but he's not always part of what's going on.
