Good to see - I know that the only server giving me issues is US East 1 - am/was able to load/create/play in cities on the other servers just fine (West 1/2)

Same here - Black Gold Town ran out of water, so I thought I'd try to make my own region to fuck around in and it boots me after maybe 3 minutes. Annoying as fuck.

Ya, that's a tough call but CP3 is far and away the best PG of this era (or the last era for that matter - Jkidd, AI, etc). He's probably the 2nd player I'd take if starting a team today, maybe 3rd depending on the other pieces.
