I'm level 88 and the levels from 85 have all been around 550k, so probably maxed around 600k for 90. With rested and most quests giving at least 13,000 exp, it's very fast.

The BOA from Heroic Garry is an heirloom, so it will probably be close to best in slot for leveling. I'm sure you'll replace it shortly after hitting 100.

Yeah, I had WoW beta access all during GoD and it was pretty clear at that point that EQ was in trouble. The fact GoD was broken, simply made a lot of hardcore raiders quit a few months earlier than they would have, while waiting for WoW. They still would have been gone once WoW released.

On my DPS monk(lowbie) it was like 15 min each time. It kind of sucked. Probably worse at 90. I haven't queued yet on my Warlock.
