It's really not that difficult on normal mode, you're not doing 1 frame parries or anything lol The only bosses that genuinely require this are optional and the harder 2 bosses in the game

I'm fairly sure some bosses aren't guaranteed but can drop them as a rare chance late game finished up the achievements last night, the gestral stuff wasnt too bad and i had like 30 of the music records already so it was quick lol

Perfect Catalysts are required to go from 32 to 33 (it double's the power on average). I don't think 5 is the max though, i've gotten about 9 or so i think from various bosses in the higher optional content. They apparently drop a lot more in NG+ though edit: nvm i have 6 weapons upgraded to 33...

Most of these really dumb setups require the Cheater picto (two turns always), as a few of the pictos require you to set your health to 1 for the < 10% health damage bonus pictos to kick in, which you arent getting before A3

Finished the story, true 10/10 game. Time to do the extra content before i do a NG+ sometime later on

Gradient Parry's window is probably even bigger than dodge, you usually have a massive window to counter the timing I guess i need to finish the story tonight so i can start farming the fuck out of lumina, need to hit this hard

The mobs in Dark Shores are like 75+ most likely? i went in at 50 and it took a long ass time to kill them because they have a million health between the two mobs or something you do get like 800k exp though but it takes forever

that one died almost instantly for me i did the arena with maelle so i got her weapon that starts her in virtuous stance with the 50% increased first attack damage so her opener does like 6k+, i think im pretty overleveled though because i also beat that boss in 2 rounds i think as well before...

This was much easier with a 3rd dps character, and also reading gustaves abilities because im retarded and didnt see this shit actually just makes him do stupid damage very quickly lol primarily it fully charging overcharge. Also making sure i had the +3 AP on breaking picto
