The only way to solve what you are describing is to turn the game into a loot desert. Inevitably, anything you *don't want* becomes something you don't want to see. It doesn't matter if it's 10 items or 100 items.

LE filters take maybe 10 minutes to set up and hone. They are insanely easy to tweak and dial in. I'm surprised to hear you, in particular, say you don't like setting it up. Its exactly what I'd expect you to like. Its by far the best loot filter in any ARPG by a mile.
