Right now pretty much every group in eve is an awesome place for newbies. So many people helping out in newbie systems, recruiting newbies and meaning it, taking them on roams and so on. Is surpising to see the community pull together like it has.

I love BNI, they are always up for a fight. My weekly roam knows that if we get stuck we can go find them and shoot them. As we did lastnight for the 2nd part of our roam (I run the RvB Ganked public roams).

If you are using LM's, why not try and fit an MWD on the condor, then sit at 25-30km and orbit the target, all the while jamming it and dropping missiles on it, and rather than go with the backup array, throw on a TP so you increase their sig radius giving your LM's more "area" to hit. Like so...
