More climbing! Seriously though, see the feedback I gave mageling above...if your goal is getting better at climbing, just climb more and focus on doing circuits on easier climbs if you are feeling limited by your forearms.

Yep, me too definitely! I went to planet granite in the south bay in California in December, and was having a pretty tough time climbing even 2 levels below what I do at SBP, but hey, at least I can see improvement, so maybe it's a better way to judge improvement?

Looks like I am playing you in two leagues Ham -- definitely a better chance in the keeper league, but not nearly as good as you have in the "fun" league.
