I haven't played this in a long while, so I picked it backup with some friends that have been playing on Perandus league. I got to say playing melee has never been more enjoyable. Been rolling with an Earthquake build and having a blast with, especially with a Marohi Erqi. I have to agree...

Having fun trying to solo greater rifts more this season than last. I had a good 54 GR with a channeling and power pylon right next to each other and ember as a last boss that really did nothing but path back and forth.

There are only 2 viable builds, the new Unhallowed set or Natalyas. Marauders took a back seat for the past two seasons. With the addition of the new multi-shot bow, Unhallowed is just tons of fun clearing half of the screen really fast.

Thanks for the info, I'll definitely have to check those out. For the gauntlets I am guessing there are some nice rewards you get for doing them? Edit: Meant to ask what kind of grind has been attached for WvW is it for a set of gear or some other items?

How active is the Vanguard community these days? The game has always interested me, but I never took the plunge to try it.

That's good to hear that made having no subscription better. I started up again once they went F2P and at that point they just had 2/3 races as well as classes to choose between. I believe I was playing an Erudite Sorc, but it sucked not being able to check out the other races/classes...
