Kind of bricked my character the second time through. Made a pally intending to go oathbreaker. Did that and retook my oath so I could reroll my stats, then stole the gold back and pissed the guy off and had to kill him. Now I broke my oath again but he doesn't show up anymore, so I just have...
Finally hit 3k io with my group of friends, ~6 hours a week spread over 2-3 days, none of us raided other than to pug heroic a few times and then first 2 mythic bosses once cross-realm opened up. Was a much more enjoyable experience for me not needing to add raiding into the schedule.
For me, heroic raids are too easy. If they would bring back 10 man versions of mythic raids that would be perfect. I can easily get 10 friends together that play at a high level that can match schedules for 2 nights a week, not so much for 20.
Agreed, I've never pugged m+ since inception so I don't know all the woes people complain about. A static m+ group of friends that play at relatively the same level is the best gaming experience in wow.
Frost lets the tank kite at will and last week was spiteful which also helps and is also a boss pumper. Heroic Terros would probably be the best fight to look at that's similar to a m+ boss in terms of fight length and occasional but not constant movement and both other specs are way ahead.
Not timing 17s is just the players being bad not the dungeons being hard. Most groups kill 2/8M and can't kill Heroic Raz, they are technically mythic raiders.
The meta would shift with even a 1% performance change on classes because autists that have played the game for 15 years would do that for their parse.
They still haven't addressed one of the biggest problems in regards to m+, some classes are just immortal compared to others. This wouldn't matter for 99% of players, but doing +15 or higher keys in week 1 you can really see the difference between my frail ass hunter and locks/rogues/dh.
You choose to raid 1 day a week, that doesn't mean there's no raid content idiot. If you wanted to raid 18 hours a day, 7 days a week right now you could because the raid hasn't even been cleared yet, so wtf are you going on about?
So you've cleared the raid on mythic? Slamming +20 keys? Or you mean you walked in the raid on normal and that's a check, do a +2 and that's a check? Then yea I guess there's no content for you.
Have 3 70s, done 2 sets of m0s, all the classes I've levelled play better than how they played in Legion. I don't read quest text or watch cut scenes, no regrets would buy again. For reference, I quit one month into BFA and never touched Shadowlands.
D3 needs to just embrace that the vast majority of people give it 2 weeks of interest max and quit. Remove bounties entirely and put all those mats in greater rifts, that shit is pure anti-fun.
I don't know if the first season was all that good, but it was definitely memorable for blindsiding you with a garbage truck of feels running your ass over all in 1 episode. This time around, I'm braced, the fuck you got.
