I used to love the sound for Vanguard.. until I got wolf form. eeeeeeoooooooo Sound cards are fairly cheap these days, I wouldn"t really consider a gaming system build without one. As long as you don"t group with a wolfformed druid, Vanguard"s sound is a must have IMO.

In Vanguard you have to group. Sure you can solo, but you are really wasting your time solo adventuring. The diplo and tradeskill spheres are better suited for soloing. The required grouping could make or break the game for people. I"m not sure if vanguard is harder or not... Let me put it...

So many people whined during the beta on all of the boards. I think that is where most of the negativity came from. People don"t understand what alpha/beta is for and just want to play a free video game.
