Oh, forgot about financing. Originally I think my mortgage was 30yr at 6%. I refinanced almost exactly a year ago (March 2008) to a 15yr at 5.00%. I could probably do better now, but even if I got an interest rate in the 4.XX% I"d be saving maybe $50/mo, maybe more...even if it was $100/mo, not...
