Another study linking hydroxychloroquine (and chloroquine) to a higher rate of death, with or without amoxy.

Just like the previous one, they excluded people who started treatment very late on (already vent'd), but the usual trolls will probably come out of the woodwork to say it's because they were all dying when they got it or something and it works just fine if you try the real version of treatment their facebook page suggested. This is what, the third study with a negative result? I don't think any study with >1000 people has come out positive for the drug.

Most studies have been discredited. The Kaletra study reduced ICU from 11 to 5 days average and the conclusion said it didn't work.

That HQ study is based on medical records, not actual an actual trial with proper controls. More Faulty Armor poop.

I wouldn't go as far as saying most have been discredited. It's just that people should be aware of the issues with them. And sometimes a study can be legitimate and be a random outlier where the results aren't meaningful.

I mean that's what 3/5 studies discredited now. I'm sticking with most. Some good articles have been posted on what's wrong with these studies. A few of them come from Wuhan China.

Many are done by the same people and funded by the same people in Wuhan.

So you're saying people less likely to require treatment were also less likely to die?

No fucking shit.

A non-doomer article in France:

What's interesting is that a doctor in a Paris hospital report that there are barely any new infection among doctors at that point, despite there being still a lot of contagious people in hospitals. He's saying that, while not being a proof of anything, it points to validate the hypothesis from that article claiming that a large percentage of people were immune to cv19 to begin with and doctors that were meant to have it, had it and that would obviously point to no chance of second wave.
If a ton of people are already immune to it, doesn't that point to the likelihood that the thing is made out of pieces of other corona viruses found in the wild that were assembled in the lab?

that's not how it works.

T cells and antigenes that were produced to fight common cold and other coronavirii seem to be able to attack the lipid membran of this coronavirus and fuck it up, without recognizing it specifically by its spike protein.

Not to say it wasn't made in a lab, but this doesn't prove it.

It doesn't seem to be an uncommon property, so... It's quite likely that the virus escaped from the wuhan lab, but it from what I understand, it looks more like they've been selecting it rather than engineered it. It's probably also why it's a fuck up and not something "malicious", using a coronavirus as a basis for a weapon is probably a bad idea, as a lot of people are bound to be easily able to fight it off. We're all exposed to coronavirus, multiple times, each year, especialy if you have kids... Young adults, middle aged adults could be massively immune to your "weapon".

So HCQ reduced mortality 100% in this large "study", with a control group even. The more we find out about this medication the more it seems that the media and lefties going against it, which seems to be a phenomenon primarily in the United States, are completely disingenuous. It's either pure TDS or they are being paid.

Where's the control group?

Lousy adherence is not a control group.

Meanwhile, largest actual study to date:

Thats a study of patient records, not a clinical trial with controls. Its poop as already mentioned.
It could be not poop, if it was more random, but from this study, and one before which had the same flaw, all we can see, is that doctors massively prescribe HCQ to people they have a bad feeling about, and it seems those doctors know what's up, because those people die a lot. We'd need patient records comparison between an hospital that gives HCQ to 100% of the patient vs another that gives to 0%, with similar population around...

What study? There isn't one, its an anecdotal account. Plus I'm not sure about the 100% cure rate on people (who mostly probably haven't had the disease at any point) when this is in the article:

"There has been concern over the growing mortality among the police force even though many received HCQS and protective gear."

India has 3700 deaths total with a population over 1 billion and is in stricter lockdown than the US, which they started after the US... even though they only had a handful of deaths and very few cases and have more densely populated cities than even NYC.

Perhaps don't trust anything that comes out of India as a legitimate source of information.

Padre Island is lit af boys! 100% back to normal down here. At least 5 miles of beach looks just like this. I finally gave up on getting a big spot and just parked for the evening. Will have to past mile marker 20 tomorrow to get away from the crowds.
