I'm putting a bit more time into promoing my own onlyfans seeing as how I am sitting on a potential goldmine of content (if you figure that the same content got my friend to top 0.1%).
The trick with onlyfans is getting people who rebill every month, instead of hit and runs. I recently put the price up from the lowest of $4.99 to $14.99, so it was re-assuring that higher price and more promo = more subs
As for pornhub, I'm just uploading preview clips there in the hope of driving people to OF. I got 15k total views since 29 August, so I'm curious to see how fast I can hit the $100 minimum for a payout.
OnlyFans is really about monetising your other social media platforms eg insta, twitter etc. Or rather, using those to drive traffic to Onlyfans:

So from 2581 visitors I had less than 0.92% conversion rate. And 12/24 subs were using a 7 day free trial offer when I first made it.
I currently have 9 fans, 1 was a free 2 week sub to a Domme friend of a friend, 3 have renew on, 4 have renew off. And 4 of those were in last 24 hours.
My next challenge is to grow my Twitter following. This should be fairly easy if I call in favours from all the Dommes I filmed with and get them to retweet. Plus Twitter allows porn, so it's easy to upload clips.
Instagram will be the real challenge and I don't think I'll bother. I don't show my face and my fitness photos to pull in the gay crowd will have too much overlap with my actual profile.
And with my youthful looks, athletic physique I could probably target a gay audience for real big bucks. But I don't want to go "gay for pay". I had a guy message me earlier on discord saying "omg nice body I want to fuck you" but I can't play along
Short term target is to see how much pornhub passive income is and how many paying subs I can get on OF. Then it's keeping OF subs on renew.
The issue will be running out of content because I don't film anymore. Also, I don't have all the clips I filmed on my HD. The main person I filmed with says she has 700 clips on her cloud but it's too many to sort through.
If the income grows to the point where it's worth filming again then I'll consider it.
