Air vent covers, nonstandard size

So, in one room in my house, the AC vent cover is 11.5 x 9.5. I'm having the damndest time finding something to replace it. Home Depot, Amazon, no luck. Any ideas?

I'm guessing if you have a sheet metal fabrication shop in town they could build you whatever you need. Also if you google "Custom air vent cover" lots of stuff comes up but I don't have any experience with any of them.

is there any issue getting a 12x10? i just finished cleaning my air vents, and they were all just screwed into the dry wall

A 12x10 would require cutting into the ceiling. It's an option, just probably second from last.

so it's not a grate/grill but a register that controls flow?

Yes. And apparently I was basing the size on the grill face, and not the duct size. Finding a 10x8 is a lot easier. D'oh.
