Dick Choppers are like Vegans and Crossfitters. They crave attention at levels that even women cannot relate to. They know they are not going to get that attention unless the shit up someone else's creation by subverting the built in audience. Its basically the guiding star of Woke "Entertainment" for the last two decades. There have maybe been less than a half dozen successful woke IPs that were actually original and all of those were modest successes, but hey they did their own thing for their audience so its fine. There are also a fair number of original-ish IPs where woke elements were a part of it, but done subtly and as part of the overall story and that is fine too. But the bulk of it is shit like they did to Star Trek , Star Wars, or god help us the CW DC shows, with so much over the top DEI and Gay that it overtakes everything else. They cannot create, for the most part. And even if they can, blue hairs are not paying audiences so they need to find an IP people are fond of to wear as a fucking skin suit while virtue signaling. I think the CW Supergirl and that abomination Velma have to be the biggest offenders in recent memory.

K's boss who seemed powerful from a Replicant POV since K was you know programmed to follow her orders, ultimately was not and was unceremoniously killed by a zillionaire with no consequences. Deckard's kid was fine mentally but had to live in a bubble because her parents didnt think of consequences.

All this talk of 2049 an NO ONE answers who puts the trinket and picture (or whatever, its been awhile) back in the cave thing for the replicants to all find in their journey of hidden "memories r totes 4 real" and then sing songs in the replicant town together. I get that it was just a device to convince the watcher of the film that it was real along with the character to better reveal the "truth" a few moments later...but still. Are there Minish people like zelda to refill the rupees in the pots?

The wooden horse? Only K had that memory afaik. There were only 3 named Nexus 9's in the whole film, K, Luv and the Rachael recreation (assumed Nexus 9, could have been a repurposed 7), all the others were Tyrell Nexus 8's, including Mariette, who K knew was one but allowed her to live because of Joy.
Stelline told K that Wallace used many memory creators but she was the best one and her memories were used on Wallace's prized creations. The "workhorse" 9's like the ones that captured Deckard in Vegas had memories but they were more generic and they actually all looked the same (though the film didnt focus on that its a neat background detail).

It has been a long time, but I saw it as a series of steps etc. confirming the memories, then when he got to that town/shanty town outside the "city" I thought it was replicants that made a place to live or whatever, and that is where he finally got to the "end" of the memories and someone there was like "you thought u were the only one with those memories? lulz, your a replicant" dun dun DDUUUDUUNNN!

even if every replicant was given the horse toy memory, only K was the one who actually ever got to the factory that it was at. Everyone else would have no ability or means to get there, the area was "protected" (their turf) by the scavengers (remember how much K got fired at going in) and it was far outside civilization in land dump San Diego/Tijuana.
K found the original horse that the real daughter of Deckard/Rachel (bubble girl) placed when she was a real child in scav-town, he was the first one that ever got there.

Stelline was using her real memories as the touchstone for replicants that Wallace deemed worthy so that they remained complaint since they seemed so real. K got her one of her being defiant and hiding her wooden horse. She would have had no way of knowing K would actually find it or that it still existed after so many years hence her crying when she saw it again.
K and Luv were "specialized" units, the bulk of Wallace's Replicants were off world laborers / pleasure units that wouldn't have needed such "real" memories to be compliant.
