One of my favorite shooters as a kid is now out on consoles.
Blood: Refreshed Supply launched on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One on December 4, 2025, marking the game's debut on console platforms for the first time. The game is available on the Xbox Store and is priced at $29.99. It features up to 4K resolution at 120 frames per second on Xbox Series X|S, enhanced visuals, improved enemy behavior, bug fixes, and remade cutscenes thanks to newly acquired source code. The remaster includes local split-screen and cross-platform online multiplayer for up to eight players, support for existing mods, and the inclusion of the original campaign along with the Plasma Pak and Cryptic Passage add-ons. Two new mission scenarios, Marrow (available at launch) and Death Wish (released as a free post-launch update), are also included. The game is not available on Xbox Game Pass at launch. A version for the Nintendo Switch 2 is scheduled for release in early 2026
