This movie thinks it's funnier than it is.

Josh Brolin is miscast. This movie is straight up slapstick comedy and Brolin is supposed to be the guy that is funny because he plays it straight in a ridiculous series of events. It just doesn't work. It needed John C Reilly or someone similar to play into the stupidity.

Ironic, that the best actor is the weakest link in the film.
