So this is what Jeri Ellsworth has been working on since leaving valve.
3d holographic projector glasses. Seems very interesting and I really hate myself for deciding not to buy an occulus rift when its kickstarter was active, but I still cannot decide if this would be a good "investment".

It can definately move the board game industry in the 21st century
