I know there were a number of owners for Cities:Skylines here.
General consensus was it shit all over SimCity. But, is a bit light on real hard sim aspects. It relies heavily on mods to fix alot of its problems, especially traffic. Which is also the only thing really simed to any depth.
New expac announcement. Disasters. (radio, and scenarios as well.)
