This is tailored towards gear that is easily attainable outside of boss raids and considered BiS or damn near close. There are a ton of good items easily obtained via quests/crafting/grouping, since raid loot in this era is kind of shit. If you can find a group willing to park in hole with you for a day at the undead castle, you can get several withered leather pieces which will last you until Kunark.
Earrings - Golden Jasper Earring (crafted, +3 wis), Golden Black Sapphire Earring (crafted, +35 mana), Ivandyr's Hoop (quest, good faction excluded, +6 wis)
Head - Platinum Tiara (froglok tactician in lguk, +50 mana), Batfang Headband (goonda in west karana, +5 wis and extended buff duration focus), Nightshade Wreath (maid in mistmoore, +5 wis), Ethereal Mist Helm (hate trash, +5 wis), Fright Forged Helm (human/erudite only quest, +4 wis and instant clicky), Mane Attraction (quest, no mana/wis but has mana preservation 2)
Face - Platinum Ruby Veil (crafted, +7 wis), Polished Mithril Mask (rokyl in solb, +7 wis and improved damage focus), Terror Forged Mask (human/erudite only quest, +7 wis)
Neck - Blackened Alloy Medallion (rares in runnyeye, +5 wis and mana reduction focus) Note: This is the only neck any of us should wear on raids. I know it's expensive but mobs in runnyeye are easily soloable as a cleric. If you want tips on how to camp this place let me know, I'm very experienced with the place

Shoulders - Adamantite Epaulets (ghoul cavalier in lguk, +7 wis), Weight of the Gods (sky trash, +5 wis +50 mana)
