Computer Chairs

I'm starting to have some back issues, and I think one reason might be my computer chair at home. I work from home half the time, so on those days I'm in the same chair all day. I was hoping to get some recommendations for good chairs that will hold up over long periods. Price isn't really a concern, but I'd need a good reason to go over a few hundred.
