Daemon x Machina 2 (Titanic Scion)

So this game comes out next week (9/5), and there is a demo available on PC / PS5.





The demo is around 4hrs or less depending on how much you look around. I'm not sure if I'd call this a "mech" game or not, as its really like an Anime JRPG Anthem similar, with shooting and melee. I'd say its trash due to the low quality graphics (suits look good though), but it really scratches my itch for Character Progression and Exploration. If you play the demo, I will say the first 15min or so take place on a space station is really weak, but it does get better once you're down on the planet doing stuff. Nothing shown in the Demo trailer linked above is in the demo itself, fyi.

Edit: There are indeed some of the big mobs available to fight after doing the main Story of the demo.

Well, trash for the graphics. ;p

I've been playing this a lot since its launch, and it is pretty good. The Story / Writing is pretty bad though, very cliche. The overall gameplay / progression / loot chase is very good and fun. Its like Anthem (with Switch 2 graphics) and a bit of Monster Hunter, with Co-Op. While I think the graphics look bad, it sorta reminds me of how I felt when playing MH:Rise after MH:World, though not as extreme. If you don't mind the $70, then its worth playing, otherwise wait for a sale.
