Honestly they are not bad. The amazon can be taken has a bit too rugged/Manly in the face. But it really doesn't matter in D2. The rest are pretty cool actually. Necro and barb look especially good imo. The druid and assassin look much better than that stupid LoD art. They both look way too skinny and fragile in that art, like any fight would break them in half. The faces in that art make them look retarded. Updated models are much better. They all match what I would think when I hear their archetype and from my d2 memories.

They all need to be fappable (depending on sexuality), as they were in the original.

Barbarian isn't jacked anymore and Druid looks homeless.

I 100% fapped to Amazon x Sorceress back in the day. I'm not even joking.

The only one that looks ugly is the amazon. Her face is a bit too muscular. The rest are perfectly fine. You are reaching, just to complain. I mean you were upset a skirt was "WAY" longer. I went and looked, expecting to see a dress passed the knees or to ankles but they are basically the same fucking thing with a longer back, you can just see the shorts underneath on modern graphics. If anything its the top that changed, doesn't showthe slight very pixelated 2d sprite underboob(oh the horror)!

I Dunno, once you start aging the chars face is what 1/4 of an inch on the screen. And you cant even see them anyhow once you get a helmet lol

How about they just make characters aesthetically pleasing to look at instead of ugly for no reason (or SJW reasons)?

Look at what the FF7 Remake did, they even made a character nobody fapped to the most fappable.

They did? The only one that is "wrong"(or ugly in your terms) is the amazon(and its just her face). The rest match their class/archtype and the game very well, from the original.

I am sure you can go fap to some fan art that will make them look perfect with perfect proportions and everything. I honestly hope you are trolling, because if not, wow.

Man as much as I WANT to get this .. looking at all the outdated mechanics is pretty much crushing my desire. Games have made so many more advancements gameplay wise be it D3, Grim Dawn, POE etc..
