Interesting. That helps solve the problem of doing it for cash/krono, but now every single person who ever wants to get a VP key in the future has to get every piece themselves. That's a huge nerf and makes that quest a big pain.

On phinigel the COS, guise, and fungi staves continued to drop along with their post-nerfed versions for awhile longer. Don't be fooled and buy the post-nerf ones for pre-nerf prices!

Key to Charasis (Quest) - Chancellor of Di`Zok now has a small chance to spawn anywhere in the Sarnak Fort in the Lake of Ill Omen. The throne spawn location for the Chancellor now spawns much more frequently, but is no longer guaranteed to be the Chancellor of Di`Zok.
