The fight scenes are incredible. the interpersonal drama got kinda slow for a bit, but it's a really good show with great acting.

Saw the first episode a few weeks back. Really great start.

Was looking forward to more when I realized it was just a tease on Amazon Prime (US) to get me to pay for AMC+. Ugg. I'm too cheap.

Hope they put the rest on prime eventually.

Im getting a big modern day game of thrones vibe frome the first couple episodes in a way. Also fight scenes are pretty good, feels like mimicking mathew vaghn

Sky UK drama directed by Gareth Evans, who also did the Raid movies.

Kind of a modern day Peaky Blinders, with ultra violence

Oh, and it's starting on AMC soon I think, if it hasn't already

On second episode, the action is exceptionally violent, like nothing I've seen on tv let alone movies

Not really, but my understanding of how US cable works isn't very strong.

Sky is the satellite TV system that you pay to access. In contrast to "terrestial" tv that is free (although you have to pay for a tv license which funds the BBC)

Sky have sports, movies channels etc and is the usual UK home of HBO shows.

They also produce their own series, and sometimes collaborate with other studios. I believe Chernobyl was a co production with HBO
