It was not the GTA6 dev team. It was a gathering of female employees from the company for women's day taken many years ago. The one version that shows four different pictures is the same group at other times -- you can clearly see some of the same people. Given this correction, this is where you now switch to the one drop rule to determine the game/company still bites the dust.
