We've been really slow in watching this season because it's been...not great. I decided after the 5th episode that I'd give it one more episode to be funny. Well, I'm writing this mid-episode.
I don't know what the fuck happened, but it appears the writers on this show forgot it was a fucking comedy. And not just a comedy, but one that's literally about comedians. Yet, no jokes. Worse, it's predominantly just women bitching at each other and being assholes. Throw in a lot of Gen Z, woke nonsense, and it's barely watchable.
Another show down the shitter. I guess it's nice though that it's one less show I have to keep track of. This has been a great year for writing off shows; The Bear, Hacks, For All Mankind, The Last of Us, Squid Games. Just tons of shows I either stopped entirely or didn't even bother to start.
