Also, it should be pointed out this is the second time Draegan has shawed me for really simply silly reasons. He hasnt liked me since the Trayvon thread. The truth here is Draegan has a complex, not I.

Also Draegan threatened to shut down the forums if they didnt start bringing in 200 dollars a month last fall in the moderator thread. Did he ever tell the forums that? Lol of course not.

Its not a shawable offense. The good doctor will work his magic in good time. I fear no trial.

Expecting self reflection from Draegan might be expecting a bit too much. Were talking about a guy who is still trying to get rich by creating news sites for the dead MMO genre, after all.

Can anyone name a single other time someone was shawed for posts in the shaw?

Since this forum's inception there were two rules, stated repeatedly by Tuco

1: No infractions for posts in the Ask A Mod thread
2: No infractions for non illegal (read child porn) posts in the shaw

Both of these rules have now been violated against my person.

A mod needs to account for their actions. What part of my post was against the rules? What part of my post warranted an infraction of one point, much less three?

The truth is no part of my post warranted an infraction. Since I posted the facts in the Trayvon Martin thread in the form of a timeline demonstrating George Zimmerman's innocence, leading to a flood of reports in that thread by people such as Duppin, Draegan has held a grudge against me. He has held that grudge because he blames me for the headache that thread caused him. I bear no responsibility for others reporting posts in that thread because the facts hurt their buttocks. I do not post illegal content. I do not personally attack posters.

My defense is thus: I have violated no rules. I did my job well as a mod, when it was foisted upon me against my wishes. My only crime is that I am a frequent and prolific poster. I do not harass a mod wih needless complaints. I do not troll excessively. I merely enjoy rigorous debate. That is my crime. The entire pretense for this shawing is baseless.

Name my crimes, a mod, and allow me to stand trial. If you seek me gone, then ban me. But you shall not dictate to me how I should post, so long as my posting falls within the well established guidelines this forum community has stood upon for years now.
