Anyone have a woke report on this movie thus far, or able to give one tomorrow?

Planning to take my daughter to see it next week....as long as there's no gender fluid coconuts or trans stingrays or anything.

Took our kid on thanksgiving. No fruity stuff except obvious attempts to make Hawaiians look more black for some weird reason. It was fine enough but not even close to the first one.

Same here. Nothing was particularly annoying, except the plucky boat builder chick, but it didn't have any of the charm of the first one. The songs sucked

Ya they’re attempt at re-creating the ‘you’re welcome’ song was a disaster.

My daughter asked watching it again recently “why is her hair straight now?”

I said “its only curly when they want to make her look more… ethnic…”

Took my kids to see it, perfectly fine for a kids movie. Songs were good enough, not as good as the first movie.

This sucked, ruined the first and has no semblance of order.

lol at the thanos setup like we are ganna get a bazillion Moana movies

Songs sucked

Everyone should be embarrassed at being part of this movie.

The first was “the heroes journey” fairly close… a few changes would have made it awesome- but it was not bad.. this… wtf.. i scoured through pages bc our search is broken to post how crap this was

Took 2-3 sitting to get through, kids didnt care for it
