he recorded at about the same time as Tonight's the Night it but shelved it due to being too "down" and "personal." "down and personal" happens to be my favorite flavor of Neil Young tho. 
lots of unreleased albums from the 70s ended up getting leaked and printed on bootleg vinyl, but this album truly has never been heard before except by those closest to him.
only four tracks released so far, they're pretty damn good.
