Hm, President needs to disappear for some reason, so the powers that be create an elaborate plan to fake his death. The lynchpin to the whole thing will be the SS agent.

I'm actually enjoying this despite it being somewhat tropey. Want to see it finish.

looks cool but unfortunately its on Hulu and I don't have much confidence in them keeping it running, if it was on HBO or Netflix I would be more into it. Disney mostly owns Hulu and it doesn't really fit their brand to make adult spy shows like this anymore, I'm not even sure Hulu will be a streaming service in the next 5 years - most of it will be merged into Disney+ and this isn't a show that screams Disney+ front page.

Episode 4 with some of the worst classic tv writing known to man.

I'll tell you everything you want to know about the whole conspiracy tomorrow morning...everyone in the audience knows he's he's a dead man now and yep thirty seconds later he's killed.

Yeah I found it sort of camp and the guy playing the president has a face I want to punch. Reminded me of Lost and we all know how poor that turned out.

Ep 4 decided to nullify a lot of the character progression up to that point. Typical.

Its a decent show but definitely cliche.

Sounds true to life, honestly.

How many of these fucking morons in real life are like "I'll release this in 5 days (or two weeks)" and then, whoops, I committed suicide.

That whole scene with Sinatra was just fucking goofy. She's acting all smug, smirking while she tells him that he's just a killer... like yea lady. He's a psychopath, how is that something you antagonize him with? I was expecting him to kill her right then and there, which would have been better storytelling. But of course nah, it's just a goofy power play scene to show she's the boss and have him killed one scene later

Any theories on the end of the world? I'm thinking either an impact in the ocean or Sinatra blew it all up.

Well, ep7 sure did spell out everything. Wow.

Hulu has renewed its hit political thriller for a second season. Paradise star Sterling K. Brown announced the news ahead of the final two episodes of Season 1. Creator Dan Fogelman has previously shared that he has a “plan for three seasons of the show.”
"Without giving away too much, each season of the show is a slightly different show, within the same show with the same characters,” Fogelman told The Hollywood Reporter, teasing that "there’s big moves ahead.”

I wonder if the other seasons will overlap somewhat and just be from other viewpoints.

Yeah, episode 7 was very good and honestly, did a great job explaining a realistic "world ending" event and how humanity would respond to it as it happened.
