For clarity purposes, the weird boner reaction is because of the faucet.

In all seriousness, what have you been doing to lose weight? I've never been overweight, but cut out soda* for 8 months and I look a lot healthier.

*I'll cheat at restaurants and get fountain coke sometimes :p

I eat between 12-1450 calories per day (except Fridays and Saturdays I'll let myself go over, but honestly it doesn't even happen all the time and if I do it's not by much). I raid in EQ 4 nights a week and spend the entire raid on my desk walking pad, so that's between 1-4 hours of walking 4 nights a week. And then Wednesdays and Thursdays I go to the gym and do 20-30 min of cardio, then 5 weight machines.

Decided to try and replicate the pic from March to see if the weight loss is working. Hard to notice day to day, but making some progress at least. Made sure to keep the pipe.
Definitely noticeable, nice work.

Please stop with the chrome penis angles tho.

Nice job. Can we see your tits now? You know to make sure you're not losing them. Purely for science.

Wrong thread, but how are you going about measuring everything? Via prepackaged label amounts vs various ingredients put into a calc into what your making? I'm sure the WL thread will cover it better than me, but the very common refrain, is the vast amount of people often understimate. Not always their fault. A banana might be listed as 100 calories, but naturally can deviate from 75-150 (Amount made up, but produce does naturally vary in sugar content and size)

I really like a few of the things from this guy, and if you can do a weeks prep (and follow a few other video's for plenty of portioned ready to go freezer items) that should help a lot.

If you want pure calorie burn, the weights will accomplish more if you can push through and nuke your whole body, though cardio has more indirect benefits. (Not looking pathetic after 2 flights of stairs winds you kinda thing, I know a semi pro body builder that even takes the elevator down the stairs.

No simp, not going to pretend I'd pin your photo up somewhere, but if you were someone I bumped into and sparked a bit wouldn't have any complaints throwing down. As others have said elsewhere, it's tough for ladies but you need to grow a dash of assertiveness and just self confidence overall seems like the bigger thing holding you back more than anything else about ya.

Most stuff I just barcode scan, but anything nebulous or loose I'll weigh since things like a cup of granola is usually nowhere close to the grams of granola in that same serving. Trying to keep a good mix of the strength training and the cardio. Mostly just hit the stair master for the cardio and then just trying to keep bumping up reps and weight on the machines and trying to rotate through different muscle groups, though I don't really know what I'm doing there.
