My proposed modification is as follows:
12.) Rules adjustments can be voted on at any time by submitting a proposed adjustment to
Mario Speedwagon
. If he approves, a poll can be made in the Comments/Suggestions forum for the people to decide on the proposed change. In the event of a tie,
Mario Speedwagon
will cast the tie-breaking vote.
