The way Squirrel Girl feels about comic books is how I feel about Star Trek.

I miss time traveling back to San Francisco to get some whales.

Her character and Pike were the only two characters that were good throughout season 1 of Discovery. They did pretty well with Strange New Worlds and in it they never mention the Discovery shitshow, so there is at least a chance this wont be shit.

It's even borrowing tone from Everything Everywhere. Sad shit the creatives couldn't just come up with an independent vision for Section 31.

After seeing the trailer, what a fucking joke.

It was supposed to be a TV series about section 31 then Yeoh won everything and it was changed to a movie I think.

Everything everywhere all at once was the most overrated movie of the last 5 years, and marked the turning point where multiverse themed movies became gay and stupid. By which I mean, I'll actively avoid multiverse movies afterwards.

Don't get me wrong, it was fine for like a watch in the background syfy made for tv movie

Just not good and certainly nowhere near its reputation

ehhhhhh watched the preview

Her character worked in Discovery - or the fact that the Alternate / Dark Universe and the Mudd episodes of Discovery where the ONLY GOOD ones - I do not think her character really fits doing all this stuff she is doing. Also... the black girl doomed humans to intergalactic slavery from Discovery time until at least DS9, way to go... I love how no one ever really acknowledges that.

In the alternate universe humans are slave class - in Discovery when they go to the alternate universe humans are top dogs, but they are mean to klingons or something and Our fav girl-boss Michael does a flip flop flim flams the man - screws over the terrain empire, and sends Michelle Yaoh to the normal universe - From that point on in the alt-universe humans are subjugated and enslaved until /maybe/ after DS9 timeframe.
