Socialism works in high trust, homogeneous environments.

High trust is a genetic trait (1) that grew into existence due to policies enacted inside the Hajnal Line (2) and is greatly diminished the more ethnically diverse a society is (3).

Homogeneity is important to ensure that each member of the society is equivalent in innate abilities. Absent this, income/wealth inequality arise due to the genetic benefits one population group has over another.
