A bunch of people behind bioshock formed their own studio and finally have their game up on kickstarter.
The Flame in the Flood by The Molasses Flood Kickstarter
I met one of the guys on a plane when he was flying in to meet with GI, and he brought out some of the concept art and talked about what they wanted to do.
It's supposed to be a survival style game... I'm hoping they make the kickstarter (and it doesn't look like they're going to have any trouble).
