Released on VOD a couple of days ago, still no official US WEB-DL, only broken non english subtitled torrents released a month ago, also searched the Italian title "La città proibita" without any luck, hopefully a proper torrent will show up soon.

Netflix funded this for it's overseas market, so its fairly high budget. It's all AAA cinematography, and a lot of practical martial arts for the action scenes.

It is not The Raid, or endless kung fu action throughout the entire movie. It's a dramatic romance story with kung fu elements/setup. There are action sequences in every act-- but it is not strictly action.

It sits at a 90% RT with critics and I'd say that's fairly accurate. It suffered from Asian editing and 3 or 4 endings (LOTR Return of the King syndrome). Aside from the repeated false start endings in the finale, I'd give it an 8/10.

This is one of the better overseas Asian movies I've seen posted here this year.
