Isn't it not fully done ?
no, netflix and wb board agreed to the offer around $73billion (cash and stocks) and that is subject to regulatory approval. team Paramount offered the shareholders straight cash of $30 per share, $108billion in a hostile bid.

Even if the US Governnent operated objectively, Netflix + HBO would be a market % more than regulators are usually okay with.

Netflix has already made the argument their rivals are not Hulu or Amazon Prime, but rather Youtube, which is both true and likely to be disregarded by the regulators.

Kushner is part of Paramount's saudi group that wanted it, so for sure the administration is going to try and block it.

Given the cronyism going on, they would have just rejected the Netflix deal for reasons and then had no issues with the Ellison/Kushner bid

Premise makes no sense. Any conservative group would know this is a man regardless of if he chopped his dick off or not, and would be A-OK letting it go into the mines. Now if they had a policy of not allowing people with mental illness into the mines, that makes a bit more sense. Just shows the pretzel logic these writers come up with.

Going to keep them 2 seperate services, collect dual pay. Joinking up netflix sub alone is going to be no bueno. Probably tiered. Extra plus with wings for all your bleeding vagina needs. Hmm. I got kids, I'm fucked.

Yeah, they'll probably do like Disney and Hulu.

what i gather, 2011 got a job at the mine in Patagonia, Argentina, id still listed as a man, but identified as woman, worked at the mine till 2012, they passed a law on gender rights and changed id to woman and then they didn't want them working in the mine.

The Paramount bid is for CNN, Discovery and the cable channels, whereas Netflix is just for the studio and hbo

Netflix didn’t even make it. They got the US distribution rights for probably a nickel

Knives Out 3 released on Netflix proper after it's limited two week theater run. Better than #2 in execution but still below #1 level. Felt like RJ wanted to focus on the collective story rather than go deep into specific characters/suspects.
