Looks interesting, like a better Archeage. Supposed to release this year.

This gives big "We're going to do this, but we haven't done any of this yet!" vibes.

If they deliver half of it, it could be a fun game for a while. Depending on how they plan to make money.

I like the combat speed. It is not a super fast, barely can see what you are doing kind of attack, that is popular with Korean Games. This is made by a Turkish developer. I have no idea how good this game could be. It boasts a lot of mechanics. I got a chuckle at the apparent card game within the game. This game will compete with Throne and Liberty.

Any game with any variation of "fall" in the title, especially an MMO, is guaranteed trash.

This screams bullshit. 3 years development on a MMO. The tagline on every video promoting it is the 'biggest mmo ever' which is meaningless. A kilometer is whatever they say it is, it doesn't have a value in a video game.

Totally massive scale. Seemingly impossible claims. Turkish. Why does this sound familiar?

In all seriousness, it is surprising how far along the game is in the development time. I am quite doubtful there will be quality content of any depth. More practically, I don't see how a game world that big will have enough players to be viable/alive.

This game is going to be even more empty than Shadowbane was. Total cash grab and waste of time. Just a giant, empty, pointless world.

The tagline for the MMO is AI word jumble garbage, and even has middle-earth in it (wtf). The screenshot of a studio is a stock image with a touch of photoshop.

Lets buy the super expensive founders pack, lets gooooo!

Yup. Shadowbane was a huge world which was like 80% barren plains. Granted they needed space for players to build cities, but the actual outcome was a lot of non-content.

Even the developed spots were mostly just forests with the occasional POI sprinkled in it

Games that focus on “zomg our world is huge” and are scant on details about how that world is populated from a content perspective are a big red flag

"world size" is such a bull shit metric anyway. "oh this zone is 10km! but we made all our models 10 feet tall and they apparently walk at 100km per hour which is why it takes only 5 minutes to walk from one side to the other...."

literally take these "massive" worlds and have your character walk from one side of the map to the other. takes an hour? ok cool that means your entire fucking world is literally 3 miles (~5km) across, because that is the god damn average walking speed of ~6 foot humanoids. "ohh but we're running" ok then fine, in your fantasy world where no one ever gets tired lets pretend you pulled a forest gump and just ran from one side of the continent to the other...congrats, your world is 6 miles across.

Any other metric you use is absolute bullshit, no your game is not 500km or 2000km or whatever the fuck else you are trying to claim.

You can't make this ridiculous claim (1k+ km map!) then manipulate character models and movement speed to make the game playable or the zones manageable or to filter players together to congregate while also adjusting base movement speed to make it fit. It's bullshit.

Besides, the claim is a bold face lie right out the gate. Eve Online, for example, the largest zone is like 284 AU across or something. That's astronautical units (1 AU is the avg distance from the sun to the earth, and 1 AU is ~150million km)

How long would it take to "walk" from one side of that zone to the other? well in a very fast ship designed solely for speed doing say 10km/s you could do it in just north of 49 real life days. No shit you really can, you can set your heading and speed and just go AFK and watch as your ship slowly crosses the entire zone. Of course you'd have to log in each morning after server maintenance but you'd be where you logged off and could continue the journey, and just shy of 2 months later you would have "walked" across a single Eve zone. Keep in mind the speed of a normal ship is usually around 80-250 m/s, not km/s.

And that's to cross 1 zone. to cross the 8k zones of the Eve Universe? literally the sun will go red giant and wipe out life on earth before you could cross them all. hell it took a player 224 days just to visit every zone, while using FTL warp drives/stargates Yet Eve never claims it's the "largest mmo world" despite the fact that it is demonstrably, unequivocally true. Because they aren't fucking retarded and any game that uses "world size" as a selling point is made by garbage people.

It's actually a google translate of Turkish (that's where they are). It's supposed to be "Middle Ages", not Middle Earth. Somehow.

They started five years ago as a one-man turkish guy making a MMO. Then the "business" side went in, the original EQ-style MMO got cancelled, and you had Quinfall instead (with a mix of original assets from MMO1 and store-brought Unreal engine assets), with supposedly 56 people working on it.

Yeah this looks highly suspicious. Small studio, short development time and highly ambitious in size and features. It just doesn't inspire much faith.

The question will be settle soon enough though since it's due this month.

While I hope we're proven wrong, I wouldn't bet on it.

I just watched a video about this game the other day.

The larger question isn't whether or not this game will ever launch but rather is this game some kind of elaborate scam as numerous reports out about how much personal info they're require up front to play.

Which, of course, seems even more sketch when you aren't sure if it will ever launch or is even legit to begin with.
